Originally built in the 1970s and known by various names over the years, The Avenue has been rebuilt for the way artists and producers work today, without losing what made the room special in the first place.
Built for tracking, mixing and mastering, it’s become a Bayside destination for artists, bands and ensembles who want to capture and produce music somewhere comfortable, inspiring, and built for records that have to hold up.

Renowned for its warmth and precision, the 32-channel SSL 6000E anchors every session here — the same class of desk behind records you already know. The live room at The Avenue is a high-ceilinged space where a full band can play together, with isolation rooms for separation, and the desk feeds a vast collection of vintage and modern outboard and preamps.
