Simon Moro

Simon is a music producer, sound engineer and mixer with over 20 years of experience. He’s worked with everyone from independent artists to well-known names, and with companies including Sony, Mushroom, ABC, Netflix and Eurovision. His projects have topped the ARIA charts and earned ARIA nominations — you can hear his work on the showreel.

Beyond the studio, Simon is a long-time supporter of emerging producers, presenting and sponsoring festivals like Live ’n Local and Melbourne Music Week. After a decade lecturing at RMIT and JMC, he sits on the Industry Advisory Board of one of Australia’s leading sound engineering programs, and is the founder of the Academy of Audio.

Terry Hart

Terry Hart is a Melbourne-based producer and mixer known for crafting records that connect — the kind of mix that sits an arrangement together and lets a song breathe. He works the full length of the room, from tracking through to a finished master, and is happiest chasing the small details that make a record feel finished rather than just done.

His work spans ARIA-nominated releases and major-label projects, and includes years as lead engineer at the iconic Sing Sing Recording Studios. He’s recorded and mixed for artists including Missy Higgins, Tash Sultana, Taxiride and The Black Sorrows, and for television including Australia’s Got Talent and The Masked Singer.

Luke Crouch

With over two decades of experience on stage and in the studio, Luke works across independent and large-scale productions, delivering uncompromised quality in a professional but relaxed environment. Skilled in recording, mixing and mastering — and a talented multi-instrumentalist — he understands and works across genres, bringing both a producer’s and a musician’s perspective to every session.

Tyson Fish

Tyson Fish is a Melbourne-based music producer and multi-instrumentalist with over 30 years in the music industry. For the past decade he has worked as a producer, mix engineer and mastering engineer, on ARIA-nominated albums that have amassed over 5 billion streams.

After touring nationally and internationally with Rook and The Khyber Belt, he moved into engineering at Red Door Sounds, working with artists such as Vance Joy, The Living End, Bad Dreems and Children Collide. In 2016 he opened The Alamo Recording Studios in Bentleigh, working with artists including Steph Strings, Mammal, Captives, Malcura and Ends In Tragedy. He now brings his passion, skills and experience to the team at The Avenue.

Lorenzo Sillitto

Lorenzo is a songwriter and guitarist — a player first, at home from a song’s first idea to a finished record. He played guitar in The Temper Trap and co-wrote “Sweet Disposition”, a song that found an audience well beyond home. In the room he brings a musician’s instinct to the desk: patient with a take, quick with an idea, and hard to rattle when a session runs long.
